Compare like with like: the surgeon's confirmed specialty, the hospital, what the package includes (hospital nights, hotel, transfers, aftercare), the price and patient reviews. What should I ask a lipedema surgeon before I book?

Ask which stage the surgeon thinks you have and whether you need more than one operation; which areas are treated in each operation and the price of each; whether the technique is lymph-sparing; whether skin tightening is included; how long you wear compression and whether a garment is included; and who to contact after you are home.
